Meet Your Life Coach
For more than 30 years, I have worked as a Registered Nurse, specializing in hospice and palliative care.
Walking alongside people during some of life's most vulnerable moments has given me a deep understanding of grief, resilience, relationships, personal growth, and what truly matters most.
My own life experiences have deeply shaped the heart behind my coaching. I have experienced divorce, the heartbreaking loss of my sister, unexpected life transitions, unwanted moves along the East Coast, loneliness, rebuilding, and the challenge of rediscovering purpose in difficult seasons. Those experiences changed me- but they also taught me that pain does not have to define our future.
I understand what it feels like to grieve, to question what comes next, and to slowly rebuild a life with renewed purpose and hope. Through those seasons, I discovered the importance of intentional living, meaningful connection, and learning to believe in yourself again.
Today, I help motivated individuals who are ready to move forward intentionally — people who want greater clarity, stronger confidence, meaningful goals, emotional healing, and a renewed vision for their future.
I believe we are never too old, too broken, or too late for transformation. Sometimes the hardest seasons become the very places where we rediscover who we are and what we truly want from life.
Outside of coaching, my greatest joy is my family — my three daughters, their spouses, my sweet grandson, and my sister's two beautiful girls who hold such a special place in my heart. I also love Pilates, good coffee, chocolate, quiet moments in the mountains, and creating a life rooted in peace, purpose, and intention.
My coaching style is warm, compassionate, honest, and encouraging. My hope is that every client feels seen, supported, empowered, and inspired to step confidently into their next chapter.
Welcome to Greater Intent Life Coaching — where growth begins with intention.
